Base and Pro each include a 14-day free trial with full access to that tier. You add a card to start, but you’re not billed until the trial ends — cancel anytime before day 14 and you pay nothing. Elite is buy-now (no trial).
You select the paid tier that fits your practice: Base, Pro, Elite, or Enterprise. You're never auto-charged without choosing a plan.
Annual billing saves you 10% on your total, paid upfront. You can still upgrade tiers mid-cycle, and your remaining balance carries forward as a credit toward the new tier, so you only pay the difference.
Pro is one flat rate of $199/mo (or $179/mo billed annually) for up to 75 active clients — no per-client surcharges. Once you exceed 75 clients, move to Elite, which covers up to 300 clients and adds a coaching team and white-label.
Upgrade to Elite at any time. No data loss, no penalties. And on an annual plan your remaining balance carries forward as a credit toward the new tier.
