Accessibility Statement

LaunchSite OS, LLC ("LaunchSite OS") is committed to making our platform usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

1. Our commitment

We aim to provide an experience that is perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for everyone. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we regularly review and improve the platform as standards and our product evolve.

2. Measures we take

  • Designing with sufficient color contrast and scalable text.
  • Supporting keyboard navigation and visible focus states.
  • Providing text alternatives for meaningful images and icons where applicable.
  • Using semantic structure and labels to support assistive technologies.

3. Conformance status

We are actively working toward WCAG 2.1 AA. Some areas of the platform may not yet fully conform, and third-party content or integrations may have their own accessibility limitations outside our control. We treat reported barriers as a priority.

4. Requesting accommodations or reporting a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or need information provided in an alternative format or an accommodation to use the platform, contact us at support@launchsite-os.com. Please describe the issue, the page or feature involved, and the assistive technology you use. We will make reasonable efforts to respond promptly and to provide the information or function you need through an accessible alternative.

Your feedback helps us improve. We welcome suggestions on how to make the platform more accessible and review all reports we receive.
