LaunchSite OS is a health and wellness coaching platform. Nothing on the platform — including check-in feedback, system grades, protocols, supplement or nutrition plans, training programs, lab interpretations, AI-generated summaries, articles, or messages from a coach — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Coaches using the platform are not necessarily licensed medical providers, and the platform does not verify the credentials of any coach.

2. No doctor–patient relationship

Use of the platform does not create a doctor–patient, therapist–client, or other professional healthcare relationship between you and LaunchSite OS. Your relationship with your coach is governed by your separate agreement with that coach, not with us.

3. Always consult a qualified provider

Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, medications, supplements, diet, or exercise. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information you accessed through the platform. Do not start, stop, or change any medication, supplement, or treatment without consulting your provider.

4. Supplements, peptides, and the FDA

Statements regarding supplements, peptides, and similar products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. These products and any protocols involving them are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed. We make no representation or warranty that any information, plan, or protocol will produce any particular health outcome. Testimonials and results shown anywhere on the platform or our marketing are individual experiences and are not typical or guaranteed.
